Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before discovery if the work warrants it. A short mutual NDA is the norm.
How are engagements priced?
Discovery is a fixed fee. Build phases are fixed per phase. Run and advisory are monthly retainers or hourly blocks. No hidden license markups.
Do you take long-term contracts?
We prefer phased commitments. Long retainers are available where the work warrants it, but they’re never the default.
Do you work on-site?
Remote-first. On-site visits during discovery and rollout where the engagement benefits from it.
Can you work with our internal IT?
Usually yes. We’re comfortable as a specialist partner alongside an internal team or MSP.
What if we’re not ready?
Tell us anyway. A 30-minute call sometimes saves a year of building the wrong thing.
